As soon as the winter season comes, the desire to eat something hot and sweet increases. In such a situation, carrot halwa is the best option. Today we have brought you the recipe for making Gajar Ka Halwa. Everyone likes it, so let's know about the steps to make it.

1 kg carrot

1-liter milk

5 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp ghee (homemade ghee recipe)

2 cardamom black

Almonds for garnishing

200 grams of raw khoya

Wash, peel, and grate the red carrots.

Let the milk boil in a big pot and add carrots to it. Now reduce the flame and let the carrots cook till the milk reduces.

- This process takes about 1 hour on low flame and you have to keep stirring it at regular intervals so that it does not burn or stick to the bottom.

When all the liquid evaporates and the milk becomes less/solid, add sugar and cook again till the sugar dissolves completely.

Then add khoya powder and cook for some 5-6 minutes till it mixes well.
