Ingrediants

Carrot - 40 grams grated and cut into small pieces 40 grams

Onion - 1 small size

Beans - 2 pieces

Ginger 1 tsp (grated) - 4 buds (chopped)

Green chili - 1 (chopped)

Corn Flour - 1 tsp

Salt - to taste

Oil - 3 tsp

Butter - 3 tsp

Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

Method

- Heat a pan and add all the ingredients (onion, ginger, garlic, beans, grated and carrot pieces) one by one and fry in oil,

Now add chopped green chilies and salt to it.

Boil all the ingredients by adding 1.5 cups of water.

Mash the vegetables with a masher.

Now add corn flour to it and stir it well.

Pour the soup into a bowl.

Heat 3 teaspoons of butter in a pan and add it to the soup.

Spread 1 tsp black pepper powder over the soup.
