Recipe- Make Veg Hakka Noodles at home, learn how to make them!


The craze for Chinese food is increasing gradually. All Chinese dishes like Chow Mein and Manchurian are our favorites. Be it, children or old people, everyone likes to eat noodles. Often you eat veg Hakka noodles by ordering from a hotel restaurant or online. But you can easily make this Chinese recipe at home. Yes, these thin noodles are tossed with vegetables and sauce on high flame. Let us know how you can make it. 

Ingredients for Hakka Noodles

300 grams noodles

1 onion

100 grams of spring onion

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

½ teaspoon salt

1 tomato

1 capsicum

2 green chilies

1 teaspoon chopped green chili

teaspoon vinegar


How to make Hakka Noodles

To make Hakka Noodles Recipe, wash and roughly chop green onions, capsicum, tomatoes, onions, and green chilies.

Now keep a pan on medium flame and boil water in it.

 After boiling, add noodles and cook on low flame for 3 to 5 minutes.

Then heat the vegetable oil and keep it on medium heat.

When the oil is hot, add onions and green chilies.

Add the white part of the green onions as well. Stir the pan well and fry for a minute. 

Then put all the remaining vegetables in the pan and fry for a minute. 

Now add soya sauce, vinegar and green chili sauce, and salt. After mixing well, add boiled noodles to it.
