Necessary ingredients

- Eggs 7

- Finely chopped 1 Onion

- Ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp

- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

- Cloves 4-5

- Bay leaves 2

- Biryani masala

- Cinnamon 1/2 inch pieces

- Cooked plain rice in 4-5 medium bowls

- red chili powder

- salt

- garam masala

- coriander leaves


First of all turn on the gas. Put 3 cups of water in the pan and boil the eggs by adding a pinch of salt inside it. When the eggs are boiled and cooled, peel them. Cut eggs into 4 pieces. Put the pan on the gas. Add oil to it and heat it. Put the chopped eggs in the pan and fry them by adding light salt and red chili powder on top. When the eggs are fried well, take them out on a plate.

Wash basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for an hour. After this pour the water into the cooker after pouring the water. Inside this, you put light salt, cardamom, cloves, and bay leaves. Also, add 1 tsp ghee. Add water to it and cook the rice till it whistles.


Put oil in a pan on the gas. Add cumin and mustard seeds to it. When it starts crackling, add ginger-garlic paste, cinnamon, bay leaves, and cloves and stir. After this, add finely chopped 1 onion inside it and fry till it turns brown. Add 2 teaspoons biryani masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and stir also add light salt. Now mix the fried eggs in it. When it is cooked, mix it well with the whole rice. Your egg biryani is ready.
