Necessary ingredients

Rice cooked - 1 cup

Corn - 2 tbsp

Potato boiled - 1-2

Cashew nuts chopped - 2 tbsp

Carrot grated - 2 tbsp

Bread powder - 1/2 cup

Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp

Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp All purpose

flour - 1/4 cup

Green Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

Corn Flour - 1 tsp

Lemon Juice - 1-2 tsp

Oil -

Salt for frying - as per taste

Recipe

First take 1 cup of rice, clean them and boil them. After that boil the potatoes too. After this, put boiled rice in a big bowl and mash them until smooth. After this, add mashed boiled potatoes to it and mix both of them well. Now put grated carrot, corn, and chopped cashews inside this mixture and mix it well.

Then add other spices including ginger paste, garam masala, and red chili powder, and mix them all well. After this, mix green coriander leaves and lemon juice in the mixture. After this, add bread powder and mix it. Adding bread crumbs helps to reduce the moisture content of the mixture. Now put maida and cornflour in a vessel and mix it well and prepare the solution by adding water. Now add black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt to this solution and mix. Then apply oil on both hands and lubricate them. Now take the prepared mixture in your hands and make balls out of them and give the shape of cutlets. Similarly prepare cutlets from all the mixture. Now dip each cutlet in the flour solution and keep coating it from all sides.

Then put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat. When the oil becomes hot, increase the flame. Now put the dipped rice cutlets in it for frying. Fry the cutlets from both sides till they become golden in color. After this take out the rice cutlets on a plate. Similarly deep fry all the rice cutlets. Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
