Necessary ingredients

Potato - 3 (boiled)

Milk - 1/2 cup

Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp

Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Dry fruits for garnish - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)



First, peel and mash the potatoes.

Then put ghee in a pan and melt it.

- Add potatoes to the pan and fry.

When the ghee separates from the potatoes, add milk and sugar.

After the pudding becomes thick, add cardamom powder.

Aloo Halwa is ready. Pour it into the serving dish and garnish it with dry fruits.
