Recipe: - Make Pav Bhaji Rice for lunch or dinner, the taste is such that they will keep licking their fingers!
If you want to make simple rice with some twist, then you can make Pavbhaji Masala Rice by adding mustard, and onion tempering to the rice. Let us know how to make it for you.
2 bowls boiled rice
, 1 small carrot,
1 onion cut into small pieces,
1 small potato chopped,
1 capsicum cut into small pieces,
1 teaspoon chopped ginger paste
1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
Turmeric as per taste
1/4 tsp red chili powder
2 red chilies
1/4 tsp mustard
1 bay leaf
- First of all, keep oil in a pan for heating.
When the oil becomes hot, then you have to put red chili, bay leaf, and mustard seeds inside it. When mustard seeds crackle, add chopped onion and fry till it turns pink, then add ginger paste and fry well.
Then you have to add Pav bhaji masala, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, finely chopped potatoes, carrots, and capsicum inside it and cook for 8-10 minutes. All vegetables should be cooked well.
Check the vegetables. After they are cooked, add rice to them.
Then squeeze lemon juice in it and serve hot pav bhaji rice by adding green coriander.
