Paneer - 250 g

Corn starch - 1 tbsp

Maida - 1/2 cup

Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

Red chili powder - 1 tsp

Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp

Breach powder - 1/2 cup

Turmeric - 3/4 tsp spoon oil - salt

Recipe

First of all, take paneer and cut it into a finger shape. Then take paneer pieces in a big bowl. Add red chili powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, and a little salt inside it, and mix all the spices well. Let the paneer marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in another bowl add all-purpose flour and cornstarch and mix. Add a little salt and water to it and prepare the batter.

Now pour oil inside a pan and keep it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, take the pieces of marinated paneer and first dip them in the flour solution then put bread crumbs in them and put them in the oil. Put paneer fingers in it according to the size of the pan. Fry them till they turn golden and become crispy. You have to fry your fingers. Tasty Paneer Fingers are ready for breakfast.
