Recipe: Make Masala Jackfruit in this way, the taste will increase!


Jackfruit vegetable has to be boiled a lot before making them. But today we will tell you how you can make jackfruit curry without boiling it.

Necessary Ingredients

500 g Jackfruit

1 tomato (finely chopped)

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 tsp mustard

seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp green coriander

1 tsp Red chili powder

Salt as per taste

Oil as required



- First of all, after greasing your hands with oil, cut the jackfruit into small pieces.

Put oil in a pan on medium heat to heat.

When the oil is hot, put the pieces of jackfruit in it and fry it.

When the pieces of jackfruit become light golden, then take them out on a plate and keep them aside.

In this oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and temper them.

After they crackle, add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly.

Now add tomatoes and cook till they become soft.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to it.

When the spices leave the oil, add jackfruit and 1/2 cup water and mix it and cook covered for 5 minutes.

After the stipulated time, see that the water of the jackfruit has dried up a bit, then turn off the gas and mix it by adding green coriander.

- Masala jackfruit is ready. Serve it with paratha.
