Necessary ingredients :

- 2 cups of all-purpose flour

- 2 tsp Baking powder

- Half tsp Baking soda

- 3/4 cup Condensed milk

- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder

- 1/4 cup Melted butter/unsalted butter

- 5-6 drops of Vanilla essence

- 3/4 cup powdered sugar

- pinch of salt

- cup dry chopped fruits (cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, walnuts)

To make Eggless Chocolate Cake, first sieve all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar powder, baking powder, and soda in a sieve in a vessel.

After this, in a large bowl add vanilla essence, butter, and condensed milk and beat well.

Then add the maida mixture and condensed milk and beat with a spoon by making round ends.

Then add dry fruits to it and beat it by cutting round aids.

Keep this mixture for 15-20 minutes. So that the flour swells well.

Now grease a baking tray with butter first. Then add flour and spread it well.

Pour the prepared cake batter into the baking tray.

Heat the pressure cooker on high flame for 5 minutes. Take care to remove the rubber/lid and whistle off the cooker lid.

When the cooker is heated well, put the baking tray in it and cover it with a lid and keep it on low flame for 30 minutes. Be careful not to put water in the cooker.

After the stipulated time, open the lid and check the cake by inserting a fork or a toothpick. If the fork or toothpick comes out clean, then the cake is well cooked.

- If the cake has grains in the fork, then close the lid and cook it for 5-10 minutes by keeping it on low flame.

Take out the finished cake from the cooker and garnish with icing sugar and serve and eat.
