Egg bhurji is liked by many people. Eating it in winter has its own fun. That's why today we have brought you the recipe for Egg Bhurji. Let's know how you can make it.

Ingredients:

1+1/2 tbsp oil/butter

4-5 big eggs 

1 no big onion finely chopped

1 no big tomato finely chopped

1-2 no green chilies

1 tbsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 pinch of Turmeric powder

1 tbsp ground black pepper or black pepper powder

1/2 inch ginger finely chopped

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1/2 cup grated paneer or as required

# Break eggs in a mixing bowl.

# Add salt, turmeric, and chili powder.

# Also add black pepper powder, and garam masala powder. Beat gently with a fork or beater for 1-2 minutes.

# Heat oil and butter in a pan.

# When the pan becomes hot, add onion and fry it for a minute.

# Add ginger and stir well.

Fry till the smell of ginger comes.

# Once the onion turns light brown in color, add the tomatoes. 

Cover and cook till the tomatoes become soft. Keep stirring in between.

# Now add beaten eggs.

# It's time to add coriander leaves and green chilies.

# When the eggs start to thicken, keep stirring the spatula from all sides.

# The eggs will cook quickly. Finally, add grated paneer.

# Cook the bhurji till they turn light brown in color.

# If you want, you can garnish with more cheese from above. Serve Egg Bhurji hot with cheese and toasted bread or pav.
