Recipe- Make Dhaba Style Dal Tadka like this, the stomach will be full but the mind will not!

Dhaba's dal has a different taste. In such a situation, many times we go to dhabas instead of eating expensive restaurant food, but today we have brought the recipe of Tasty Dal Tadka for you. Let us know how you can make it.

Necessary ingredients

- 1 bowl Arhar/Toor Dal

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric

- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 3 whole red chilies

- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida

- 1 tbsp Cumin

- 1 green chili finely chopped

- One-inch piece of ginger, Finely chopped

- 5-6 finely chopped Garlic cloves

- 1 Tomato finely chopped

- 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves

- 1 tsp Red chili powder

- 1 small Onion, finely chopped

- 3 cups Water

- 2 tbsp Ghee as needed

Recipe

Add dal, water, salt, 2-3 drops of oil, and turmeric to the pressure cooker.

Close the lid and keep it on a medium flame for 4-5 whistles.

When the whistle is applied, keep it for the pressure to end.

After this, put ghee in the pan and keep it on a medium flame for heating.

When the ghee is hot, add cumin, and asafoetida inside it and temper it.

Then add garlic, red chili, ginger, green chili, and onion inside it and fry while stirring.

After the onions turn brown, add tomatoes to the oil and cover the pan.

After 2 minutes, lift the lid and mix the tempering well.

After this, add red chili powder and some coriander leaves and mix it.

Now take the dal in the cooker and stir it. Then put this dal in the pan and immediately cover the lid.

After this, put the remaining coriander leaves on the pulse and after it comes to a boil, remove it from the flame.

Dal tadka is ready. Serve with rice.
