Recipe: Make Delicious Spicy Veggie Balls of Rice for Kids at Home


Necessary Ingredients 

Rice flour - 1 cup (150 grams)

Capsicum - 3-4 tsp finely chopped

Cauliflower - 1/2 cup grated

Salt - 3/4 tsp

Oil - 2 tsp

Ginger - 1 tsp grated

Green chili - 3-4 finely chopped

Cumin - 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

Red chili - 3/4 tsp crushed

Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp finely chopped

Boiled potatoes - 1/2 cup mashed

Oil for frying



First of all, put salt and oil in one and a half cups of water in a pan, cover it, and boil it well.

After boiling, add rice flour and mix it well.

Now turn off the gas and keep the mixture covered for 5 minutes.

Now take out the mixture in a bowl and add all the ingredients in it and mix it well.

When the mixture cools down, add grated potatoes to it and knead it by mixing it well.

Now apply a little oil in your hand, take a little mixture and tie it well and make round balls with your hands.

Keep the prepared balls on a plate. Similarly prepare balls from the remaining mixture as well.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Once the oil is hot enough, put the balls one by one in the pan.

Put as many balls as can easily come in the pan at a time and fry them till they become golden brown.

When it turns golden brown properly, take out the balls on a plate. Similarly, prepare all the remaining balls by frying them.

Take hot and spicy veggie balls that are ready.

Make veggie balls and eat them whenever you feel like eating something fun and flavourful.
