Recipe: Make Delicious Paneer Tikka Like Restaurant At Home

Paneer Tikka is a very tasty dish, it is slightly spicy, and it is very much liked by kids.

Ingredients Required :

Paneer: 250 grams

Capsicum: 1 cup

Onion: 2

Lemon: 1

Curd: 150 grams

Besan: 2 tsp

Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder: 1 tsp

Garam masala: 1 tsp

Lemon Juice: 1/2 tsp

Salt: As per taste

Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp

Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation:

First, cut the paneer of the same size. 

Now cut the onion into small pieces and chop the capsicum. (Capsicum you can use any of the three red, yellow, and green)

Now prepare the solution in a bowl, add curd, gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, celery, and lemon juice, and add salt according to taste. 

And mix it well and prepare the solution. 

After the batter is ready, add chopped capsicum paneer and onion and mix it well. (Take care not to break the pieces of cheese)

Keep it covered for 10 minutes. 

After that you put capsicum, onion, and paneer inside it, taking care not to put the paneer together, keep it in the middle of the vegetables so that it looks good too. 

Now put the pan on the gas and pour oil in it. 

After that, you put this tikka on it and cook it on medium flame. 

Then flip it after a while and now your paneer tikka is almost ready. 

To decorate it, we will cut some onion and some coriander leaves. 

Then add onion and coriander leaves and add light chaat masala to it. 

Keep it with paneer tikka and keep a small lemon slice on the side.
