Monsoon has also knocked as soon as the summer subsides, and during the monsoon rains, sitting in the house, one feels like eating something. So in such a situation, everyone has a desire to eat something good. All the people must have eaten spinach-paneer vegetables, but today we are telling you about how to make Palak Paneer Sandwich.

They are delicious as well as nutritious. Serve Palak Paneer Sandwich in breakfast or give it to kids in their tiffins. Everyone will love it. It is also quite easy to make. 


Required Ingredients:

Bread Slices – 8

Spinach Finely Chopped – 400 g

Butter – 2 tbsp 

Paneer – 100 g

Sweet Corn – 1 tbsp 

Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp

Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp

Lemon Juice – 2 tsp

Salt as per taste

Method of preparation: -

First of all, remove the sticks from the spinach leaves, and wash them in water twice. Keep the washed spinach in a sieve or plate and turn the plate slant so that the extra water gets removed from the spinach. Now finely chop the spinach leaves. 

Heat 2 tsp butter in a kadhai. Add chopped spinach leaves, sweet corn, salt, and pepper to hot butter and mix. Cover the spinach leaves and let them cook for 2 minutes. 

Now add crumbled paneer to the cooked spinach and sweet corn. Then add roasted cumin and lemon juice. Mix well and make pithi. The mixture is ready to make sandwiches. 

Then spread a layer of butter on the inner side of 2 breads, spread the spinach mixture on the buttered surface of one bread, cover it with the buttered surface of the other bread, and press it lightly with the palm. 

Similarly, prepare the second sandwich as well. Place the sandwich in the toaster to grill. 


Palak Paneer Sandwich is ready, serve hot Palak Paneer Sandwich with green chutney, and tomato ketchup.
