Recipe: Make Chana Spinach Rice in this way, the taste is amazing!

1 cup boiled black gram
2 cups boiled rice
1 cup chopped spinach
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp red chili powder
oil as required
- Firstly, heat oil in a nonstick pan on medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add onion and fry till it turns brown.
After this add ginger-garlic paste, capsicum, and tomato and cook for two minutes.
When the vegetables are roasted, add spinach, turmeric powder, red chili, and cumin and cook for 3 minutes.
Then add boiled black gram and rice to this mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
After the palak-gram rice is ready, serve it with raita. If desired, make spinach raita.
