Recipe- Make Bread Pakora for breakfast on the weekend, it will be ready in no time


Necessary Ingredients

Bed slices - 9-10

Gram flour - 1 cup

Potato - 4-5 (boiled)

Rice flour - 2 tsp

Green coriander - 1 cup

Green chili - 2

red chili powder - 1 tsp

Amchur - 1 tsp

Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Baking soda - 1 pinch

oil - as required

Salt - as per taste



Boil the potatoes, peel them, and then mash them.

After this, you have to put finely chopped green chilies, and green coriander inside it.

Mix both things in mashed potatoes.

Then add red chili powder, mango powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt to the potato.

Mix all the ingredients in the potatoes. Mix gram flour and rice flour in a bowl.

After this, add baking soda, red chili powder, and salt to the bowl.

Prepare the solution by adding a little water inside the mixer. But don't dilute the solution too much.

Take a bread slice and spread this solution over it.

Place another piece of bread on top of the bread. Press the bread lightly.

Cut the bread from all three angles with a knife.

Put potato stuffing in the bread.

Put oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, then dip the bread in the batter of gram flour and put it in the oil.

Brown the bread well from both sides.

As the bread turns brown from both sides, take it out on a plate.

Your Bread Pakora is ready. Serve with tomato sauce.
