Necessary Ingredients

Wheat flour - 1/4 cup

Mix vegetables - 1 cup (capsicum, carrot, peas)

Potato - 2-3

Cumin - 1/2 tsp

Onion - 2 (chopped)

Mustard - 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder - 1/ 2 tsp

Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Ghee - 3 tbsp

Salt - As per taste

Tomato - 2 (chopped)

Water - 2 cups

Tomato sauce - 2 tsp



You have to wash all the vegetables and chop them finely.

After this, put flour in a vessel and mix oil and water in it, and knead it well. Keep the dough for 20-25 minutes to set.

When the dough is set, take small balls of it and roll it.

Heat ghee in a pan and then roast the roti in it till it turns brown.

After this, put ghee in a pan and add cumin, ginger garlic paste, onion, and mustard seeds and fry it well.

Let all the mixture cook well and then add chopped vegetables and potatoes to it.

After cooking vegetables and potatoes well, add red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and black pepper powder.

Mix all the mixture well, stir and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Then apply a sieve sauce to the roti and mix all the prepared mixture in it.

Your Kathi roll is ready. Serve to kids with hot sauce.
