In such a situation, today we have brought potato pudding for them which can be eaten during fasting. It is not only delicious in taste and is also prepared according to fasting. So let's know about the method of making it.
Ghee - 100 grams
Potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 550 grams
Milk - 220 ml. Took.
Sugar - 140 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Almond - 15 grams
Cashew nuts - 15 grams
Method for garnish: - Heat 100 grams of ghee in a pan, add 550 grams of boiled and mashed potatoes, and mix it. Cook till it turns golden brown in color. Cook it for about 7-8 minutes. - Then add 220 ml milk, 140 grams sugar, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and mix well. Stir the pudding continuously for 5 to 7 minutes until the sugar dissolves well. Now mix 15 grams almonds, and 15 grams cashew nuts in it and cook it again for 3 to 5 minutes.
Aloo pudding is ready. Now garnish it with almonds and cashews and serve hot.
