You must have eaten curd papdi chaat from outside many times. Today we have brought you the recipe to make it at home. If you follow these steps, you will get the same taste as outside. So know how you can make it?


20-25 pieces of papdi

½ cup plain curd 

2 tbsp granulated white sugar

½ cup boiled and grated potatoes

½ cup cooked black gram

2 tbsp chopped onion

2 tbsp coriander mint chutney

2 tbsp tamarind chutney

Salt to taste

¼ tsp red chili powder

¼ tsp roasted cumin powder

½ tsp chaat masala powder

2 tbsp chopped coriander 

¼ cup fine sev

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds



In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the curd and sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves.

Place 20-25 papdis on a big plate. 

Pour the whipped curd over the papdi. 

Add potatoes and black gram on top. 

Then add coriander mint chutney and tamarind chutney over it. If the chutney is not thick, add some water to it. 

Sprinkle onion, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala on top. 

Garnish with coriander, pomegranate seeds, and fine sev and serve immediately.
