Recipe- If you want to increase the taste of milk then make dry fruit milk, it is also beneficial for health!


The dry fruit milkshake recipe is very simple and very easy. You can choose your favorite dry fruits and nuts. We have used a mix of almonds, cashews, apricots, and pistachios. For flavoring, saffron and cardamom have been used in dry fruit milkshakes.


2 cups milk

9-10 Cashews

9-10 Almonds

7-8 Apricots

8-9 Pistachios

Garnish with saffron thread 5-6 if you use more

¼ tsp cardamom powder

2-3 tbsp sugar



Put apricots, almonds, and cashews in water overnight and keep them in the fridge.

Make a smooth paste by blending soaked apricots, cashews, almonds, raisins, and pistachios.

Add the remaining milk, sugar, saffron, and cardamom powder and grind it in a mixie with a paste of dry fruits.

Pour into tall glasses and serve chilled dry fruit milkshake.

Garnish with chopped nuts and saffron threads and serve cold in summer and hot in winter.
