Ingredients for Apple Rabri:
Apple - 3
Milk - 1 liter
Sugar - 4 tsp
Green cardamom - 1/4 tsp
Almond - 8
Pistachios - 8-10
Method to make Apple Rabri:
Step 1: Pour milk into a large vessel and let it boil.
Step 2: Keep it on the flame till the milk reduces to half of its original quantity.
Step 3: Lower the flame and add sugar.
Step 4: Let the mixture cook on low flame. Keep stirring it continuously.
Step 5: Peel and grate the apple.
Step 6: When the quantity of milk reduces further, add grated apples and mix well.
Step 7: Cook the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 8: Add cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios.
Step 9: Take it off the flame and take out the mixture in a bowl. Place the remaining apple slices around it.
