Paneer - 200 g

Onion - 3-4

Carrot - 2 cup

Green chili - 3-4

Hung Curd - 1 cup

Green coriander - 1 cup

Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Ginger - 1 piece

Red chili powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Salt - to taste

Chaat masala - 1 tsp

Bread crumbs - 2 cups



First, grate the cheese. Then you have to cut carrot, onion, green chili, and green coriander.

After this, add grated paneer, carrot, green chili, curd, onion, green coriander, ginger, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, chaat masala, and bread crumbs in a vessel.

After this mix all the ingredients well.

After mixing, keep the mixture for 5 minutes.

After the stipulated time, make round tikkis by applying oil in hand by taking this mixture.

Make tikkis and keep them on a plate and make tikkis like this.
