Noodles - 2 packets

Flour - 1 cup

Potato - 3-4

Noodles Masala - 2 packets

Ginger - 1 piece

Green chili - 1

Capsicum - 1

Green Coriander - 1 cup

Salt - as per taste

Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Refined oil - 2 spoon



First of all, heat a pan.

Then put two cups of water inside it.

After the water boils, put the noodles inside it and cook it.

After becoming slightly soft, you have to take out the noodles in a vessel.

After this boil the potatoes and mash them.

Add chopped green chili, capsicum, and green coriander to the boiled potatoes.

- Mix everything well. Then take all-purpose flour in a separate bowl.

Prepare a solution by adding water to the flour. Add salt and pepper to this solution.

Mix both things well. Now break the dry noodles and put them in a bowl.

Now take the noodles in your hand and put them in the flour mixture in a circular shape.

After this, mix the dry pieces in the noodles as well. Make similar balls from all the noodles.

- Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, put the noodle balls in it and fry it.

As the balls are fried well, take them out on a plate.

Noodle balls are ready. Serve with green chutney.
