Groundnut – 3/4 bowl

Method of preparation
To make Peanut Curry, first of all, clean the peanuts and boil them after giving three to four whistles in the cooker.
Then make a paste of onion, green chili, and garlic, and also make a puree of tomato.
After this, mix all the spices (salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala) in a bowl.
To make groundnut sabzi, first of all, clean the peanuts and boil them in the cooker after giving three to four whistles.
Coarsely grind the roasted peanuts. Take care that you do not make a fine powder of it.
Now take a pan, put oil in it, and heat it.
Mix mustard seeds, cumin, and fennel and stir.
Now add curry leaves, and red chilies and fry for 15 seconds.
After this, add onion, garlic, and green chili paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Now add tomato paste, mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
Mix all the spices well and add 1 bowl of water and let it come to a boil.
Now add boiled peanuts and keep them on low flame for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes turn off the flame and grate the cheese cubes.
After that garnish with green coriander.
Delicious peanut curry is ready to eat.
You can serve it with roti, lachha paratha, or naan.
