Ingredients :

Pakka Hua Rice - 1 cup

Boiled Potato - 1 big

Mixed vegetables (beans, capsicum, green onions, red and yellow capsicum, and carrot) - 1 cup (finely chopped) 

Onion -1 

Ginger -2 tsp

Green chili - 1

Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves - 2 tsp 

Salt - As per taste

Turmeric powder - 1/2 Pinch

Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp 

Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

Corn starch - 1 tsp

Gram flour - 3 tsp

Oil - 3 tsp

Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl. The rice should be mixed well in the mixture. Now take a plate, take some flour. Now make tikkis of the mixture and wrap them in all-purpose flour and keep them aside. Similarly, make many tikkis. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these tikkis. Fry these tikkis till they turn golden brown on both sides. Then take them out on a paper napkin and serve with sauce.
