Lasun ki chutney is very much liked in Rajasthan. If there is a feast, then a meal is not complete without Lahsoon Chutney. It is liked by people all over the country. Today we are going to tell you about this recipe.
- 5 Red Chillies
- 2 tsp Oil
- Garlic 50 g
- Ginger 2 pieces
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt as required
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Heat oil in a pan, and add a tempering of cumin seeds to it. Inside it, you have to put the pieces of chopped ginger and mix them well. Add chopped garlic pieces on top of it. When the garlic starts to turn light brown, add red chili pieces on top and cook this whole mixture well for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add salt and some turmeric powder according to taste and mix it well.
Keep the whole mixture aside to cool down a bit. When it cools down, put it in the jar of a mixer grinder and make a thin paste of it. Empty it into a bowl and add lemon juice over it and mix it well. Your delicious garlic chutney is ready, serve it immediately with roti or rice.
