Paneer is very much liked by everyone but after eating paneer curry, we get bored. In such a situation, today we have brought the recipe of Paneer Cheela for you. It is very easy to make and everyone will like it very much. So let's know how you can make it.


Necessary Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Washed Moong Dal 

-4 cloves

- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida

- 1/4 cup Green Coriander

- 1/2 cup Paneer

- 2 Green Chillies

- Salt as per taste

- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

- Oil/Butter/Butter


First of all, soak the moong dal overnight.

Now grate the paneer and finely chop green coriander, and green chilies inside it.

Now grind soaked lentils, ginger, garlic, green chilies, 1/2 cup water, and salt in a grinder jar.

You have to take out this paste in a vessel and mix asafoetida.

Prepare the stuffing by mixing grated paneer, green coriander, finely chopped green chilies, chaat masala, and salt in a separate vessel.

Now put some oil on the pan on medium heat.


Then with the help of a spoon, spread the paste of moong dal and spread it all around.

After roasting from one side, turn the cheela over to the other side and spread the oil all around the cheela with the help of a spoon.

It should be cooked well from both sides.

Switch off the gas after the specified time.

Take out the cheela on a plate and spread it with 2 spoons of stuffing.

After this, fold the cheela from the middle.

Delicious Paneer Cheela is ready. Serve it with chutney or sauce.
