Cabbage - 3
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 1 cup
All-purpose flour - 2 cups
Onion - 2-3 (finely chopped)
Green Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 (chopped)
Soy Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 cups
White vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Oil - As needed
Corn flour - 1 cup
In a bowl mix corn flour and all-purpose flour.
After this, prepare a solution by slowly adding water to it.
Now add Kashmiri red chili to this mixture and prepare the solution well.
After this wash the cabbage and cut it into big pieces.
Now add the chopped cabbage to the maize flour batter.
Then you have to heat oil in a pan.
When the oil becomes hot, then fry the cabbage mixed in the batter till it turns brown.
After frying, take out the cabbage in a vessel.
After this, heat the oil again in a pan. Add ginger, and onion to the oil and fry it.
Now add green chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and soy sauce and fry it well.
Add a little water and white vinegar to the mixture.
Let the mixture thicken a bit.
After this, add fried cabbage to it.
Mix the cabbage well in the mixer.
Your Tasty Hotel Style Cabbage Manchurian is ready. Serve hot with rice or roti.
