Necessary ingredients

Bread slices - 4

Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Potato boiled - 2

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Capsicum chopped - 1/2 tbsp

Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

Corn boiled - 2 tbsp

Onion Chopped - 1/2

Ginger Paste - 1 tsp

Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp

Green Chilli Chopped - 1

Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Black Pepper Chopped - 1/4 tsp

Green Coriander Chopped - 2 tbsp

Salt as required

Oil- according to taste


First of all, take bread slices and cut them from the edge. After this, put small pieces of bread slices in a vessel. Add mashed boiled potatoes to it. After this add finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp boiled corn kernels, capsicum, ginger paste, and chopped green chilies, and mix them all well. After this, add turmeric, chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, crushed black pepper, and salt according to taste and mix it well in the mixture.


Then add cornflour, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves to the mixture and mix it well. Now apply oil to the palms and prepare round cutlets from the prepared mixture. After this, flatten them by pressing them with the palms. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat. When the oil becomes hot, you have to deep fry it by putting cutlets inside it. Fry them till golden brown. When the cutlets turn golden, take them out on a plate. Similarly, fry all the cutlets. Delicious bread cutlets are ready for breakfast, serve them with tomato sauce.
