The rainy season is on and in this season one feels like eating hot snacks. Hot pakoras are the most liked on these rainy days, which have their own fun to taste with a sip of tea. Today we are going to tell you the recipe for Onion Pakora.


Necessary ingredients

Onion - 320 grams

Besan - 160 grams

Salt - 2 teaspoons

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Red chili - 2 teaspoons 

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 2 tsp

Water - 100 ml



In a bowl, add 320 grams of onion, and 2 teaspoons salt and mix it well.

Then keep it for 10 minutes.

Now add 160 grams gram flour, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons red chili, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 teaspoons chaat masala, and mix it well. 

After this add 100 ml water and mix it.

Heat enough oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the prepared mixture little by little and fry it till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

Your crispy onion pakoras are ready, serve them hot with ketchup.
