Recipe: Enjoy hot fenugreek pakoras with evening tea, the recipe is very easy!


Eating hot pakoras in the winter season has its own fun. Today we have brought you the recipe for Methi ke Pakoda. You can eat it as a snack with evening tea.


2 cups fenugreek/fenugreek leaves

50 grams of rice flour

125 grams of ragi flour

2 green chilies finely chopped

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 ½ tbsp oil

Salt to taste



In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except soda and mix well.

Add enough water to make the batter medium thick.

Lastly, add baking soda and mix well.

- Now if you are air frying then use parchment paper to line the tray and pour a spoonful of batter and air fry for a crispy texture as per the instructions given.

- If you are deep frying, then heat oil in a pan and pour a spoonful of batter inside the oil, and deep fry the pakodas till they become golden brown and crispy from all sides.

Make more pakoras from the remaining batter. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup with tea.
