Recipe- Enjoy cheese corn balls with tea, it is very easy to make!

Potato - 3 medium-sized boiled

cheese cubes - 2

Corn kernels - 2 tbsp

Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp

Oregano - 1/4 tsp

Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp All purpose

flour - 1 tbsp

Bread crumbs - 3-4

Cornflour - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste


How to make

First, peel and mash the potatoes.

Mix well the corn kernels, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder, and salt.

Then add cheese cubes to it.

Now cut the second cheese cube into small pieces.

Take some potato mixture in hand. Place a piece of cheese in the center and close the mixture from all sides and make a round ball.

Now prepare a solution by mixing a little water in flour and cornflour in a bowl.

Now dip the potato balls in it, then wrap it in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Cheese corn balls are ready. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
