Recipe- Enjoy Crispy Idli Tikki with an evening snack, the taste is amazing!


Easy and delicious Crispy Idli Tikki is a very tasty recipe to eat. You can eat it with evening tea or for morning breakfast. You can easily make it with leftover idli. 



4 idlis Leftovers

1 cup grated carrot

½ cup green peas mashed

½ cup green beans

1 tbsp coriander leaves

½ tsp salt

1 tsp red chili powder

¼ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp teaspoon garam masala powder



Heat oil in a pan, add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, grated carrots, mashed green peas, and finely chopped beans, and cook well.

- Add mashed remaining idli and green coriander. Mix it well.

Make small tikkis and shallow fry till golden brown and enjoy these crispy idli tikkis with sauce or green chutney.
