Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Kitchen king masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili Sauce - 1 tsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tsp
Take a pan and heat oil in it.
Now add ginger and onion paste to the heated oil and fry it lightly.
After this, you have to put chopped cheese and tomato inside it and cook it for a minute.
Then add all the spices to it and let it cook for two minutes.
After this, you have to add chili sauce and mayonnaise to it and mix.
After that take the prepared rotis and then spread the mayonnaise mixture on it.
After that spread the cheese stuffing between the rotis and roll the roti.
