In such a situation, today in this episode, we have brought for you the recipe of making Cheese Pakoda, which will prove to be the perfect snack.

Necessary Ingredients

- 5 processed cheese cubes / mozzarella cheese cubes

- tsp black pepper powder

- cup gram flour

- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

- pinch of turmeric powder

- 1/4 baking soda

- water as required

- oil for frying



Cut all the cheese cubes into 2 parts and keep them in the freezer for 4-5 hours.

Make a thick batter by adding all the ingredients in a bowl except oil for frying.

Take out the cheese cubes from the freezer and dip them in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil on low flame.

Serve with green chutney or dip.
