Recipe: Almond Biscuit made easily at home, eat it with tea

Necessary ingredients

- 1/2 cup Brown sugar

- 1/2 tsp Baking powder

- 1 cup All purpose flour

- 1/4 cup Butter

- 1/3 cup Finely chopped almonds

- 1 tsp Vanilla essence

- 2 1/2 tbsp Cold milk

- Bowl

- Butter paper

First of all, put flour, brown sugar, baking powder in a vessel and mix it well.

After this you have to put butter in it and beat again.

Now add milk to it and knead it well.

Now cover it and keep it in the fridge for 30-35 minutes.

Then put the mixture on a wheel and roll it a little thick.

Cut biscuits of desired size from the prepared roti. If you wish, cut small biscuits with a cake cutter.

Place butter paper on a baking tray. Place the chopped biscuits on it.

- Preheat the microwave oven at 180 degree for 5 minutes.

After this put the tray in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes.

After the stipulated time take out the tray and check by sticking a knife on a biscuit.

If the biscuits are baked then the knife will be clean and if not then it will be wet.

If it is wet then bake for 3 more minutes.

After this take out the tray containing the biscuits and sprinkle these powdered sugar.

Eat the prepared almond biscuit immediately or store it.
