Recipe : How to make paneer tikka at home


Paneer Tikka is one of the favorite dishes for people who are fond of eating paneer. Paneer tikka is baked in tandoor, but today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make paneer tikka at home without a tandoor.

To make Paneer Tikka, you need - Paneer, curd, butter or ghee, cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper, red chili powder, finely chopped coriander, ginger paste, capsicum, tomato, onion, lemon, salt as per taste First paneer Cut it thickly into square pieces after this add all the spices and cornflour to the curd to marinate the paneer and whisk it well.

Then in this marinade, first marinate the cheese and then all the vegetables and keep them in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Now put butter in a pan and put some pieces of cheese in it and bake well till it becomes light golden on both sides. Put cumin powder and ginger paste in butter, add capsicum and onion and then stir until it is ready.

For your homemade hotel-style paneer tikka, decorate it on a plate, garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon and serve it with chaat masala.
