How to Make White Rasgulla With Bread: White Rasgulla is very tasty to eat and it contains less calories than other sweets. They contain only sugar, no oil, but oil or ghee is also used in most of the other sweets. How to make white rasgulla
First cut the corners of the bread and cut them into small pieces in a big bowl. Now add some normal milk, sugar powder and knead it like a dough. The point to be kept in mind here is that knead this dough for at least 5-8 minutes so that the dough is completely soft and without lumps. After this keep the dough to set for 10 minutes.

Rasgulla syrup
The syrup of white rasgulla becomes a little thin, so add at least twice or thrice the water. Boil 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water in a pan and add cardamom powder for fragrance. If the syrup feels a bit thick, then increase the water more. Consistency of syrup should be medium.
After this, make rasgulla with bread dough equal to the size of the dough of bread and keep putting it in hot sugar syrup. Remember that the rasgullas should be very smooth and without cracks, otherwise they may burst in the syrup. Boil the rasgulla with syrup for 5 minutes and when the syrup is filled properly, keep it in the fridge to cool down.
