Rainbow Salad Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 tomato
Mint and Coriander Leaves
Pomegranate
watermelon
1 red cabbage
1 lemon
2 green chillies
1 – Beetroot
1 – Orange
1 berry (blackberry, plum, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry)
1/2 cup Broccoli and Brussels
Dried Fruits and Seeds
Kiwi
black pepper
Salt
1/2 cup curd

How to make this salad
Step 1
Wash all these vegetables and fruits with lukewarm water. While washing them, put some salt in the water. After this wash them with cold water.

Step – 2
After this cut these fruits and vegetables. Put them in a bowl.

Step – 3
Now mix some curd in this bowl. Add black pepper and salt to it. After this mix again.

Step – 4
Now garnish this salad with mint and coriander leaves. Then serve this salad.
