He is reluctant to eat vegetables, but he easily eats vegetables like potatoes. Here is the recipe to make potato jhol. Here is an easy and quick method of making delicious potato bagels.

Ingredients to make Potato Jhol
Four medium-sized potatoes, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, fenugreek seeds, garam masala, ghee, and salt

Potato Jhol Recipe
Step 1- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Step 2- Finely chop the onion and make a paste of ginger and garlic.

Step 3- Heat ghee in a pan and fry cumin and fenugreek in it.

Step 4- Now add ginger and garlic paste and fry till it turns brown.

Step 5- When ginger garlic paste starts leaving ghee, add chopped onion and fry till it turns light pink.

Step 6- Add turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, and salt to this mixture and fry lightly.

Step 7- After this, mix the tomato pieces and cook the vegetable for two minutes on a low flame.

Step 8- When the tomatoes are cooked and start releasing ghee, add one cup of water and cut potatoes into the pan.

Step 9- Cover and cook the potatoes on a low flame for about five-seven minutes.

Step 10- Then add one more cup of water and let the potatoes become soft.

Step 11- Mix garam masala on top and let it cook for two more minutes. Then garnish with green coriander.
