How to make Poha Cutlets
-First, wash the poha or chivda with water and put it in a sieve. So that all its water evaporates. Now grate the carrot. Also finely chop the cabbage and capsicum. Boil green peas in water and mash them. Now take the poha and mix all the vegetables in it. Also, mash a boiled potato together. And add chopped green chilies.

-The potato will act as a binder for the poha. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, mango powder, red chili powder, and salt as per taste. Now mix all the ingredients by mixing the poha well. So that their cutlets can be made. To make cutlets, apply a little oil in your hand. Then make small balls and flatten them or slightly oval.
