Ingredients for Vegetable Pasta
Pasta or macaroni two cups, one tomato, one onion, capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, beans, boiled spinach leaves, tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste. Butter, salt to taste, chili flakes, and mixed herbs.

Vegetable Pasta Recipe
First of all heat four cups of water in a deep vessel. Put two to three drops of oil in this water. Add salt along with it. Now add pasta and leave it to cook. When the pasta is cooked, turn off the gas and remove the pasta from the water, and put it in cold water. Sieve it well and keep it aside. In another vessel, cook broccoli, cauliflower, beans, and carrots in water. Grind the boiled spinach and make a paste.

Put the pan on the gas and add butter. When the butter becomes hot, add ginger-garlic paste. Add finely chopped onion and fry it. When the onions start to fry, add chopped tomatoes and capsicum. After cooking a little, add all the cooked vegetables and peas to it. Add spinach and tomato puree and let it cook for some time. Now add chili flakes and mixed herbs to it. Add pasta and stir and turn off the gas. Lastly add cream. If you want, you can grate the cheese. Vegetable pasta will be relished by children as well as adults.
