Ingredients for making papad cones
Papad two to three, onion two, coriander leaves finely chopped, chaat masala one spoon, potato bhujia half cup, gram flour half cup, tomato two, salt as per taste, sweet corn half cup, boiled potato one, cucumber.

How to make Papad Cone
Firstly peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Also, cut tomatoes and cucumbers and keep them aside. Boil the corn and filter the water. Add coriander leaves to it. Mix chopped cucumber and tomato with chopped onion in a bowl. Add green coriander leaves to this as well. Mix the corn water after filtering it. Add green chilies according to the taste of the children. Cut boiled potatoes into very small pieces and mix them. Also, mix the potato bhujia.


Now add salt and lemon juice to all these vegetables. Mix well and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Now fry the masala papad in two parts in oil. When these papads are hot and soft, then keep them in the shape of a cone. To give the cone shape to the papad, fold the papad as soon as it is removed from the pan. If you want to make big cones then do not split the papad into two parts.

Simply fill the mixture in all these cones with the spiciness of the vegetables. If you want, garnish it with a little ketchup. Your spicy papad cone is ready. You can serve it with tea or as an evening snack.
