Necessary ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp curd
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp ghee
- salt to taste
- Butter for baking

Ingredients for Filling
- 250 grams paneer (grated)
- half cup green chutney
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1/4 cup coconut (grated)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp jeeralu
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- salt to taste


-Knead a soft dough by mixing all purpose flour, wheat flour, curd, salt, ghee, cream and water.
-Make small balls out of it and roll the roti and bake it lightly by applying oil on the pan.
-Mix the filling ingredients together and keep aside.
-Now fill the stuffing in the roti and fold it like an envelope and put butter on the pan and bake it till it becomes crispy.
-Serve crispy envelopes with green chutney.
