Ingredients for Paneer Golden Fry
Paneer – 250 grams
Maize flour - 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 1
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste
How to make Paneer Golden Fry
- To make paneer golden fry, first take paneer and cut it into pieces and keep it aside in a vessel. Now take a mixing bowl and put cornflour in it. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder and salt as per taste and mix it. After this, add water little by little and prepare a thick solution.
- Now take paneer cubes and squeeze lemon juice into it and mix well. After this, put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. While the oil is heating, take corn flour batter and dip paneer cubes in it one by one and put each paneer piece in bread crumbs and wrap it well from all sides.
- When the bread crumbs are well applied on the paneer cube, then put it in the hot oil of the pan. Add paneer cubes for frying according to the capacity of the pan. Now, turning them with a ladle, fry them well for 2-3 minutes. When the paneer pieces become crispy and golden, take them out in a plate. Similarly, fry all the paneer pieces until golden.
