Ingredients for Paneer Fried Rice
Paneer – 250 grams
Rice – 3 cups cooked
Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)
Beans - 4 (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 1 green (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic – 4-5 (finely chopped)
Ginger – (finely chopped)

Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Chili sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Oil
salt - as per taste

Paneer Fried Rice Recipe
First, cut the paneer into small pieces. Now take a bowl and put paneer pieces in it. Add salt and red chili to it and keep it to marinate for 20 minutes.

Now heat the oil in a pan. Put paneer pieces in it and fry on low flame till it becomes golden and keep it aside. Now heat oil in a pan, add ginger, and garlic and fry a little. Now put spring onion in it and then fry it. After this add carrots, capsicum, and beans to it and cook it a little.

Keep in mind that the vegetables should not be cooked too much, so fry them on high flame. After this add soya sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce and fry it well. After this add rice to it and cook it on high flame. Lastly, add fried paneer to it and mix well. Serve ready-fried rice hot
