Ingredients to make Paneer Fingers
Paneer – 250 grams
Flour - 1/2 cup
Corn starch – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 3/4 tsp
Breach powder – 1/2 cup
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste

How to make Paneer Fingers
To make Paneer Fingers, first, take paneer and cut it into the shape of fingers. After this, put paneer pieces in a big bowl, add red chili powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and a little salt and mix all the spices well. Now let the paneer marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all-purpose flour and cornstarch in another bowl. Add some salt and water to it and prepare the batter.

Now put oil in a pan and keep it on a medium flame for heating. When the oil becomes hot, take the pieces of marinated paneer and first dip them in the flour solution and then put them in the bread crumbs and wrap them around well and put them in the oil for frying.
