-2 cups paneer (grated)
-1 cup corn (boiled)
-8 slices of bread (side-cut)
-1 cup besan
-1 tbsp oil (for moyan)
-2 tsp garlic paste
-half tsp turmeric powder and asafoetida
-3 green chilies (chopped)
-salt to taste
-oil for frying
To make filling
-Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan, add garlic paste, and fry it lightly.
-Add corn and fry for 2 minutes.
-Add paneer, turmeric powder, asafoetida, green chili, and salt and fry for 2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
To make bread dumplings
-Cut 1 slice of bread into triangles.
-Put the filling on one slice and cover it with another slice.
-Make all the bread pakodas in the same way.
-Make a thick batter by mixing gram flour, oil, a pinch of salt, and water as required.
-Dip the bread pakoras in the batter and fry them in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Serve with green chutney.
