Necessary ingredients
-Onion - 320 grams
-Salt - 2 tsp
-Gram flour - 160 grams
-Green chili - 1 tbsp
-Coriander - 2 tbsp
-Red chilli - 2 tsp
-Garam masala - 1 tsp
-Turmeric - 1 tsp
-Coriander powder - 1 tsp
-Chaat masala - 2 tsp
-water - 100 ml



  • In a bowl, add 320 grams of onion, 2 teaspoons of salt and mix it well.
  • Then keep it for 10 minutes.
  • Now add 160 grams gram flour, 1 tablespoon green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 teaspoons red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 teaspoons chaat masala and mix it well. Do it.
  • After this add 100 ml water and mix it.
  • Heat enough oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the prepared mixture little by little and fry it till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • Your crispy onion pakoras are ready, serve it hot with ketchup.
